Some days are harder than others and those days call for a little delicious afternoon pick me up. Something that makes the otherwise not so good day a little bit better. How could vanilla ice cream, caramel and coffee, not make the day a little better?!
Caramel Coffee Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 tablespoon caramel sauce
Directions:
- Add the coffee, ice cream and caramel to a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you want the milkshake thicker, add more ice cream until your desired thickness is reached.
- Pour into a glass.
