I find recipes that look appetizing to me and make them either according to the recipe or with modifications I choose. I will always site where the recipe came from unless it is an original recipe I created or I do not know where I got the recipe from.
All nutritional information provided with the recipes will vary slightly due to the fact you may be using different brands than I used in the recipe.
I typically do not add any additional salt to my recipes because my husband is on a low sodium diet, due to hyper tension.
I use ground turkey in any recipe calling for a ground meat, because my family does not eat a lot of red meat. In most cases you can substitute the ground turkey for ground beef or even ground chicken.
