Mushrooms are not my thing and I would never dream of putting them in a breakfast dish. However, since my husband loves mushrooms I will occasionally put them in dishes for him. I will say I prefer this breakfast without mushrooms, but if you like mushrooms this is a great way to get in some more of those six servings of vegetables we are suppose to get in a day.
