I sometimes wish I liked fish. It is so healthy and good for your body. However, despite how many times I try it or how many ways, I still don't like the taste. But since my husband and oldest daughter like fish, I am still trying to make an effort to make it occasionally.
This fish got rave reviews from both of them and I was instructed to keep the recipe and make it again.
Spicy Lemon Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon lemon jucie
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice, melted butter, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the fish and drizzle any sauce on the baking sheet over the fish.
Enjoy!!!
Notes:
I used frozen salmon fillets and thawed them before baking.
