Spicy Lemon Salmon

Spicy Lemon Salmon: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I sometimes wish I liked fish. It is so healthy and good for your body. However, despite how many times I try it or how many ways, I still don't like the taste. But since my husband and oldest daughter like fish, I am still trying to make an effort to make it occasionally.

This fish got rave reviews from both of them and I was instructed to keep the recipe and make it again.

Spicy Lemon Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon jucie
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  2. Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice, melted butter, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve the fish and drizzle any sauce on the baking sheet over the fish.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I used frozen salmon fillets and thawed them before baking.
