Depending on the size of chipotle peppers it will make a difference in the amount of heat. Sometimes when I make this it is not too spicy, just flavorful, but this time it had a nice spicy kick to it along with flavor.
You can always use 1 chipotle pepper instead of two or use two small ones if you do not want it to have too much spice to it.
