Make Again Monday: Three Cheese Barbecue Chicken Sandwich

In an effort to clean out the fridge I needed to find a way to use a little bit of barbecue sauce. I remembered this recipe and was hopefully I would have enough. Turns out I had just enough to make these delicious sandwiches.
