Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This time when I made this cauliflower I used shredded parmesan cheese instead of grated. It was just as good, but it did not need as much time in the oven after I added the cheese. So make sure the cauliflower is roasted to your liking and then add the cheese and bake just until the cheese has melted, about 2-5 minutes.
