I am pretty sure I have mentioned before how much I love roasted vegetables. It is easy and the flavor you get from roasting the vegetables is so very delicious. Add some parmesan cheese to the roasted vegetables and they are even more delicious.
Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425º F.
- On a large rimmed baking sheet toss cauliflower and olive oil. Roast, tossing occasionally, until almost tender about 35-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle cauliflower with Parmesan cheese, tossing to combine. Roast for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Notes:
You can also make this with shredded parmesan cheese. Just cook the cauliflower until tender then sprinkle with the shredded parmesan cheese and return to the oven and cook just until the cheese has melted about 2-5 minutes.
