Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

For me overnight oats are the best summer breakfast. The cold oats taste great on a hot morning and they fill me up after a morning run. Plus there are so many different varieties that I never get tired of eating them.


My love of strawberries and love of cheesecake is combined with healthy oats for delicious and satisfying breakfast.

Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a sealable container add the oats and pour the milk over top.
  2. In a blender, add the strawberries, cream cheese and honey. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Pour over top of the oats and milk.
  4. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning stir everything together.
