Dump and Bake Chicken Alfredo with Bacon

Dump and Bake Chicken Alfredo with Bacon: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

My family loves meals involving Alfredo, I love being able to use my Homemade Basic Alfredo Sauce. Since I usually have a jar in my freezer it makes this dish really simple. There is nothing better than a delicious meal the whole family loves without much work.

Dump and Bake Chicken Alfredo with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4-6 chicken breasts depending on size
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 15 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • 16 ounces fettuccine noodles
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375º F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken in the prepared dish and sprinkle both sides with the ranch seasoning. Pour the Alfredo sauce over top of the chicken. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
  3. While the chicken is cooking prepare the noodles according to the package directions and drain.
  4. Remove the dish from the oven and top each chicken breast with 1/2 a slice of cheese or evenly sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon. Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve the chicken over the fettuccine noodles.
Enjoy!!!
