Every time I took a bite of these overnight oats I kept thinking, I don't know if these taste like cookie dough, but oh boy is it delicious. But then again, I can't remember the last time I had cookie dough or a cookie dough inspired recipe. So wether or not these overnight oats taste like cookie dough, they sure are delicious.
Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 4 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3/4 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
- In a small bowl whisk together the peanut butter and brown sugar until very well mixed. Add in 1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt and whisk until very well combined and the mixture comes together like cookie dough. Stir in the chocolate chips. Press the mixture into the bottom of a mason jar.
- In a small bowl combine the oats and ground cinnamon. Pour the milk over top and stir together. Transfer the oats to the mason jar and seal the jar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning stir everything together.
