I am pretty sure that I am addicted to overnight oats and Pinterest is not helping my addiction. Every time I look at a recipe for overnight oats, Pinterest show a whole bunch more pins for overnight oats. But that is okay because that means I get to enjoy new varieties and then share them with all of you.
Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla or banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- Stir together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter and then add to the mason jar. Top with the sliced bananas, coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate overnight.
