Balsamic Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
- In a large skillet bring 1 inch of water to a boil.
- Add asparagus, reduce heat to medium and cook for 3-5 minutes or until asparagus is tender crisp. Drain asparagus.
- In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, melted butter, garlic and black pepper.
- Drizzle over asparagus.
