Balsamic Asparagus

I can't believe I have found another asparagus recipe that I like. What is going on?! Years of hating asparagus and now I have found two recipes that I like. If you want to see the other asparagus recipe that won me over check it out here.

Balsamic Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus. In a large skillet bring 1 inch of water to a boil. Add asparagus, reduce heat to medium and cook for 3-5 minutes or until asparagus is tender crisp. Drain asparagus.

In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, melted butter, garlic and black pepper. Drizzle over asparagus.

Enjoy!!!
