Triple Cheese Macaroni Bake


Macaroni and cheese is one of those dishes that I could try a thousand different ways and never get tired of it. I already have a decent collection of macaroni and cheese recipes, but I just keep on trying new ones. Something so good and comforting about a delicious dish of macaroni and cheese.

Ingredients:
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325º F. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. In a large bowl combine the soup and the milk, mix well.
  4. Add in all of the cheeses and mix.
  5. Stir in cooked and drained pasta.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
