Peanut Butter S’Mores Granola Bars: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

My youngest daughter has to take a snack to school everyday, so that gives me a great chance to make some delicious homemade snacks for her. My only rules for these snacks are that they have to be mostly healthy and easy to make.

These bars are definitely qualify as easy to make. They come together quickly and do not require any baking. Plus they use only 5 ingredients, which you may already have in your pantry.

Peanut Butter S'Mores Granola Bars

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups quick cook oats
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl add the peanut butter and honey and microwave on medium power for 1 minute. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add in the oatmeal and mix well.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and marshmallows and mix gently.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and press down firmly. Let cool and firm up overnight before cutting into approximately 24 bars.
