Make Again Monday: Oven Fried Chicken Sandwich with Beer Pickled Jalapeños

The last time I made this I used regular hamburger bun, but said I wanted to use a pretzel bun. Well, I finally got a round to making this amazing sandwich again and the pretzel bun is definitely the way to go. I did not think this sandwich could get any better, with just a different bun, but it sure did. This sandwich is a bit of work and some planning, but oh, so worth it.
