I served this dip with pita chips, they are one of my favorite chips for dipping. You could also use crackers or tortilla chips. I had meant to take a picture of the dip with chips, but we were so busy enjoying the dip I completely forgot.
Loaded Baked Tater Tot Dip
Ingredients:
- 3 cups tater tots, about 45 whole, thawed
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces colby jack, shredded, divided
- 2 teaspoons all purpose seasoning blend
- black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375º F. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
- Roughly chopped the thawed tater tots, retaining some of the size and texture, you do not want them chopped too small.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the chopped tater tots, bacon bits, sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, seasoning blend and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly and golden brown. Serve immediately.
Enjoy!!!

The nutritional info is just for the dip, not any chips or crackers.
