Make Again Monday: Taco Macaroni and Cheese

 

I have to admit, while I was making this mac and cheese, I questioned why I saved this recipe. It was soupier than I remembered and didn't look the best. But after one bite I remembered why I saved it, it has lots of flavor and after refrigerating it, it thickens up quite a bit
