I found this coffee at the perfect moment, I had run out of cold brew and forgot to make some the night before. I have also used this coffee when I get home from vacation and do not have any cold brew. I have no desire for a cup of hot coffee in the summer time when it is hot outside.
Ready in about 1 minute with a little bit of sweetness and easily customizable. Add a bit of caramel syrup or chocolate syrup or even butterscotch syrup. If you buy coffee syrups then you have even more choices for customizing this coffee.
Instant Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons espresso powder
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- coffee ice cubes
Directions:
- All the milk, water, espresso powder and brown sugar to a glass. Using a milk frother, mix everything together until well mixed. Alternatively, you can use a blender.
- Add coffee ice cubes to the glass.
Enjoy!!!
Notes:
I used espresso powder because that is something I always have on hand, but you can also use instant coffee, just double the amount.
