Make Again Monday: Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese

When I went to edit the photos for this recipe I realized the mac and cheese is just about the same color as the bowl. Probably not the best choice of bowls for a picture, but I was not super hungry and only wanted a little bit and the size of this bowl fit better than the other bowls I had.

This time I doubled the recipe, so I would have some leftovers for the week and wouldn’t have half a box of pasta to find a way to use up. I love that this turns out so creamy, so cheesy and it is so easy and so quick to make.
