I always have cranberries on hand during the holidays. Sometimes they are in the fridge and sometimes they are in the freezer, but I always have them so I can use them whenever the mood strikes, like with this smoothie. I have a Cranberry Orange Smoothie, but wanted to try a different cranberry smoothie, especially for when I do not have orange juice on hand. A little holiday flavor in my morning smoothie.
Cranberry and Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
