I am actually a little shocked these turned out. I put my oldest daughter in charge of making them and told her what she needed to do. Brush both sides with olive oil, put on sauce them pepperoni. She asked about cheese, cause you know pizza has cheese and I said these don't. After she finished them I realized I had to bake them first then the toppings. So we did our best to scrap off the sauce, but it left a mess on the foil. Then as I was checking the recipe for the oven temp, I realized they do have cheese on them. Thankfully they still turned out. Better yet my youngest who does not like sweet potatoes, not even the sugary ones on Thanksgiving like these and ate them.
