We eat a lot of pasta in our house and I have really come to love baked pasta. I recently remade my Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs and it made me want to find more baked pasta recipes. My kids questioned why the pasta had to baked in the oven when everything was already cooked. I don't know how to explain it, but something good happens when pasta is cooked in the oven, it makes it even better.
