This soup takes chicken noodle to a whole new level. It's creamy, cheesy and loaded with delicious bacon. It may not be the best chicken noodle soup for when you are sick, but when you are feeling good and want a delicious bowl of soup then give this one a try.
Crack Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
- 12 slices low sodium turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
Directions:
- In a pot, combine the shredded chicken, condensed soup, chicken broth, half and half, celery, carrots and ranch seasoning. Turn on heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Add in the cheddar cheese and noodles. Simmer until the noodles are cooked, about 2-6 minutes.
- Stir in the bacon.
