This time when making this pizza I wanted to try a thinner crust, but did not want to make two pizzas like my original plan was. I originally thought about cutting the dough in half and making two pizzas, but I did not have enough ingredients to make two separate pizzas and was a little worried about the toppings being to heavy for only half of the dough.
So, I tried using a slightly bigger baking sheet, kept the toppings the same and it worked great. The dough was not as thick, but still help up to the toppings.
