Antipasto Salad


Antipasto Salad: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This salad is by no means a healthy salad. In fact there is nothing green in this salad. But man oh man is this salad absolutely delicious. It reminds me of an Italian sub without the bread.

My family completely devoured this salad and there may have been a few arguments about who was getting the leftovers and a few sad people when it was all gone.

Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces pepperoni slices, quartered
  • 8 ounces salami, diced
  • 16 ounces jar pepperonchini peppers, drained and roughly chopped
  • 8 ounces mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups black olives, sliced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing

Directions:

  1. ​In a large bowl, stir together everything but the dressing.
  2. Pour the dressing over top and toss to combine everything in the dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
