What do you do when you run out of hamburger buns, but have plenty of Hawaiian rolls? You make sliders instead of burgers. I had originally planned on burgers but somehow did not buy enough buns for the burger recipes planned. Thankfully I have some leftover frozen Hawaiian rolls that I could use. Dinner was saved!
These burgers/sliders are so yummy. But how could they not be? Cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning and bacon all mixed into ground turkey. Now that is one way to make a turkey burger taste so yummy!
Bacon Ranch Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- hamburger buns or slider buns
Directions:
- In a large bowl combine the turkey, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, until well mixed. Form the mixture into 4 patties for burgers or 8 patties for sliders.
- Cook the burgers your preferred way and serve on buns with your desired toppings.
Enjoy!!!
Notes:
I used my Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix and turkey bacon in this recipe.
My husband cooked the burgers in an electric skillet.
