Peanut butter and chocolate are such a classic and delicious combination that it only makes sense to use that combination in a delicious coffee drink.

Peanut Butter Mocha
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, stir together the water and sugar.
- Heat over medium-low heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring often, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the peanut butter and stir constantly until the mixture is completely mixed and smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Store the extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Pour the coffee into a mug and stir in the peanut butter syrup.
- Heat the milk in a microwave safe container until hot, about 15-20 seconds.
- Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until well mixed and sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the milk mixture over the coffee.
