I have quite a few smoothie recipes already, but when I found this one it sounded so good and was somewhat different than the other ones I have, I just had to make it. No surprise I loved it and needed to add it to my collection of after running smoothies.
Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
