Homemade Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 12 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen
- In a medium saucepan combine the water and sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add in the cranberries and return the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the mixture to a container, cover and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
