Wow, is this ever an easy dish! 3 ingredients that you practically dump in the crock pot and cook for 8 hours, resulting in a delicious dinner. Surprisingly my husband, who does not like leftovers, thought the dish tasted even better the following night.
Crock Pot Olive Garden Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 16 ounces Olive Garden Italian Dressing
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the parmesan cheese and dressing.
- Add the chicken to a crock pot and pour the dressing mixture over top.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
Notes:
I shredded the chicken and served over noodles.

Chicken was dry, I think not would be better with chicken thighs.
