Just like with my Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats, having coffee in my breakfast along with my morning coffee makes it a great start to the day. These overnight oats not only have coffee in it, but caramel as well. I don't think the day could have started in a more delicious way.
Caramel Macchiato Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce
Directions:
- In a mason jar or other sealable container, add in the oats and coffee and stir.
- Add in the yogurt and caramel sauce and stir to mix well.
- Put the lid on the mason jar or other container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning give the oats a good stir.
Notes:
I used 2 tablespoons caramel sauce.
