Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

I am pretty sure I have an addiction to tropical smoothies. I keep on making new ones because they are "different". However, the differences are minor and the smoothies are basically the same. To be fair to this smoothie it does have some coconut extract in it to give it even more of a tropical feel, kind of like a piña colada.

Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!!!
