For this smoothie I wanted peaches to be the main flavor. So in order to do that I only used half a banana. I much prefer to use a whole banana, but with using a whole banana I could taste the banana flavor with the peach flavor. With only a half of a banana I get the health benefits of bananas, but with no banana taste.
