Crock Pot Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Crock Pot Honey Garlic Pork Chops: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I was at my parents cottage with my girls and my mom was looking for ways to make pork chops. I suggested using the crock pot to make it easier and she said she have to find one since she did not have any crock pot recipes for pork chops. I decided to look as well and found three recipes that looked like they had potential. I emailed them to my mom and she pick this one.

We had this prepared and in the crock pot in about 10 minutes and it would take even less time if you skipped the browning of the pork chops, with is optional, we choose to do it.

These pork chops taste delicious, are tender and not dry which can easily happen with pork chops. Plus the sauce tastes amazing and there is quite a bit of sauce, so serving these porks chops with rice would be delicious.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  7. Cook on low for 1 more hour or until the sauce a thickened and pork chops are completely cooked and tender.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
If your pork chops are not as thick you will need to reduce the cooking time so they do not dry out.
