Pasta, chicken, ranch seasoning, Alfredo sauce, bacon and cheese are combined in this easy and delicious casserole. Easy enough that it can be ready in about 30 minutes.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet dry Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- black pepper, to taste
- 15 ounces Alfredo sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and return to the pot.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the bacon on both sides until crispy, about 7-10 minutes.
- If there is any grease, drain most of it.
- In a gallon size resealable bag, add in the chicken, olive oil and ranch seasoning. Shake the bag well to coat the chicken.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until completely cooked.
- Add the chicken to the pot with the noodles.
- Add in the Alfredo sauce and stir to mix well. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the pasta with both cheeses and bacon. Season with black pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese has melted.

I used my Basic Alfredo Sauce and Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix in this recipe.
