Olive Cheese Dip

Olive Cheese Dip: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This dip is for those who love olives. It is full of both green and black olives and lots of cheese, creating a dip that is creamy and salty. 

For serving this dip you could use crackers, tortilla chips or little slices of a crusty bread. It really goes well with a variety things.

Olive Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup green olives, diced
  • 1 cup black olives, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl stir together all of the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the dip into a baking dish about 1 1/2 quarts and sprea into an even layer
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot throughout.

Notes:
You can use more or less red pepper flakes depending on how spicy you like things.
