Butterbeer Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, hot
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, add the butter and brown sugar.
- Heat over medium, stirring often, until the mixture begins to caramelize and large bubbles form on the surface.
- Slowly add the coffee and milk while stirring. Continue to stir until everything is completely mixed.
- Add in the vanilla extract and stir to combine.
