Olive Cheese Bread

Olive Cheese Bread: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This bread is for those who love olives. It is packed with green and black olives and has a ton of cheese. An absolutely delicious and indulgent bread.

Olive Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf French bread, about 14-16 ounces
  • 8 ounces pimento stuffed green olives
  • 8 ounces black olives
  • 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  2. Roughly chop the green and black olives.
  3. In a large bowl combine the butter and mayonnaise.
  4. Add in the olives, green onions and cheese. Stir until well combined.
  5. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the olive mixture evenly on both sides.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and started to brown.
