This bread is for those who love olives. It is packed with green and black olives and has a ton of cheese. An absolutely delicious and indulgent bread.
Olive Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread, about 14-16 ounces
 - 8 ounces pimento stuffed green olives
 - 8 ounces black olives
 - 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
 - 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
 - 16 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
 
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
 - Roughly chop the green and black olives.
 - In a large bowl combine the butter and mayonnaise.
 - Add in the olives, green onions and cheese. Stir until well combined.
 - Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the olive mixture evenly on both sides.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and started to brown.
