Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast Bowl: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

All of my families favorite breakfast items in one delicious bowl, minus the pancakes and waffles that they love as well. Plus it has both sausage and bacon, so that makes both my daughter's happy. It is a rare day that they both agree on something. One prefers sausage and waffles while the other prefers pancakes and bacon. So having both breakfast meats in one bowl makes them and me happy.

Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen tater tots
  • 2 maple sausage links
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon shredded cheese of your choice

Directions:

  1. Cook the tater tots according to the package directions.
  2. While the tater tots are baking, in a small skillet cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside. Drain any grease and then in the same skillet cook the sausage, remove and set aside. Drain any grease and cook and scramble the eggs.
  3. When everything is cooked, place the tater tots in the bottom of a bowl. Place the eggs on top followed by the bacon and sausage. Sprinkle the cheese on and microwave just until the cheese has melted.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I used turkey bacon and colby jack cheese.
