Several years ago I discovered and made a dip called Cheddar Bacon Dip or aka "Crack Dip". This dip has since turned into Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Chicken and Cheddar Bacon Potatoes. Now those same flavors are in a tater tot casserole. It is amazing how one addicting and delicious dip can turn into several other dishes.
Cheddar, Bacon, Ranch Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces light sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 12 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 pound bag frozen tater tots
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350º F. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine the sour cream chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, bacon and cheddar cheese. Fold in the frozen tater tots. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and casserole is bubbly.
