Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Chicken

Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Chicken: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

A while back I made this Cheddar Bacon Dip that has been nick named crack, because it is so good and addicting. So when I came across a chicken recipe that was based off of the dip, plus cooked in the crock pot, I knew I had to make it.

This chicken is absolutely delicious and to make it even better all you have to do is dump all of the ingredients in the crock pot and turn it on.

Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2- 8 ounce packages reduced fat cream cheese
  • 2 packets dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray a crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken in the crock pot and place cream cheese on top. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Cook only until the chicken shreds easily, you do not want dry chicken.
  4. Stir to shred chicken and combine everything.
  5. Add in the bacon and stir to combine.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I used my Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix to reduce the sodium in this dish.
