I have always loved stuffed crust pizza, it was always my first choice when ordering a pizza. Now that I make my own pizza I had not had a stuffed crust in a while and it occurred to me one day that all I would have to do it fold the crust over pieces of string cheese. So I decided to try it and turns out it works and tastes just like my favorite stuffed crust pizza.
The best part of making a stuffed crust pizza at home it that you can use any variety of sting cheese. I used a jalapeño string cheese for my crust and loved the added spiciness the cheese added to the crust.
