The best part of these overnight oats, besides the raspberries, is the coffee flavor. Any time I can add a little bit extra coffee to my morning it makes for a good start to the day. Raspberry Mocha Latte Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a container with a lid, add the oats.
- Pour in the coffee, milk and honey and stir to combine, making sure everything is mixed well.
- Add in the mini chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.
- Before eating mix everything together.
Notes:
For more of a chocolate flavor add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder with the milk, coffee and honey, stirring to mix.
