This is an easy way to take frozen corn and give it some flavor. I do not know about you but frozen vegetables come in handy for me as a quick and easy vegetable for dinner. But now I can still have a quick and easy vegetable but with some flavor.
Parmesan Ranch Corn
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces frozen corn
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
Directions:
- Cook the corn according to the package directions.
- After the corn is cooked drain and liquid in the bowl.
- Add in the butter, stirring until it is completely melted.
- Add in the parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix, stirring to mix.
