S'Mores Bars

S'Mores Bars: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Delicious s'mores in a less messy bar form. Golden Graham cereal is mixed with melty marshmallows and mini marshmallows, you can never have too many marshmallows in a treat like this. Then topped with delicious milk chocolate Hershey bar pieces.

I took this treat to a church pot luck and it was gone within minutes. The batch I made for my family did not last too long either and I already have requests to make them again really soon.

S'Mores Bars


  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 8 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 3-1.55 oz. Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars, broken into individual pieces


  1. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot, over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add in 6 1/2 cups mini marshmallows and stir until completed melted and combined with the butter.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and add in the cereal. Stir to mix.
  5. Add in the remaining 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows and stir just until evenly distributed.
  6. Quickly place half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down into an even layer.
  7. Place half of the individual Hershey bar pieces on top.
  8. Place the remaining graham cereal mixture on top of the chocolate and press down into an even layer.
  9. Place the remaining individual Hershey bar pieces on top and press them down slightly so they stick.
  10. Let the S'Mores bars sit at room temperature for several hours to set up or you can speed up this process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  11. Once the bars have set up cut into pieces.
