This dish takes two breakfast favorites, pancakes and sausage and combines it into one easy casserole. Top it with some maple syrup and you have a delicious breakfast.
Pancake Sausage Casserole
Ingredients:
- 14 sausage links
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Brown sausage until almost cooked through.
- Place sausage in prepared baking dish in two rows of eight.
- In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, canola oil, eggs and milk. Mix well and pour batter over sausage.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cook through.
