Creamy Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 4 cups tomato juice, warmed
Directions:
- In a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine the flour, sugar and 1/4 cup milk, stir until smooth.
- Slowly add in the remaining milk, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Slowly stir in warmed tomato juice.
- Cook and stir until well blended and heated through.
