This smoothie has a great strawberry flavor and that is thanks to the strawberry jam. I never would of though to add jam to a smoothie to intensify the flavor, but I am glad I tired it because it made the strawberry smoothie so much more flavorful.
Simple Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
